IT IS A VERY SIMPLE PROCESS TO CONVERT TO A PAPERLESS OFFICE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ELECTRONIC RECORD KEEPING IN PLACE.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE FOR DICTATION, YOU CAN CONTINUE TO DICTATE AS YOU ALWAYS HAVE.  THIS IS AS SIMPLE AS DRAGGING AND DROPPING FILES. 

Dictate as usual and the transcription will be transmitted to your office through e-mail, or have a HIPAA compliant, password protected web folder set up.  Either way, your file can simply be dragged and dropped into your electronic record.  You don't have to have expensive software to do this.  You can begin dictating immediately.  We can set up a secure web folder in 24 hours for you to begin downloading your dictation electronically, or we can e-mail directly to you.  Either way, you are up and running ready to drag and drop any patient's dictated record to whatever electronic record keeping program you have in place.


HIPAA COMPLIANT PASSWORD PROTECTED WEB FOLDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING YOUR DICTATION INTO YOUR ELECTRONIC FILES OR WE CAN E-MAIL YOUR ELECTRONIC RECORD READY FOR DOWNLOADING.   

(You do not have to have electronic records to use the e-mail and/or web folders.  You can simply print the transcription and file as usual.  You can access your web folder at any time to download and view your transcription.)
